Coleto Bungalow

This house should have been torn down but the budget did not allow for new construction so we worked with the existing structure.  It was stripped it to the framing and received all new plumbing, electrical, and finishes.  The big move for this project was to remove the ceiling and create a vaulted kitchen/dining/living space.  Scroll down to see some before and during photos.
