What a spec house! Vertical space and variation in volume were the main goals on this primary + ADU speculative project. We raised the ceilings and added high windows where we could to give the project a loft-y aesthetic. The curves and comfy materials helped to soften the industrial feel. Interior design by the talented Dana Ambs brought it all together.
