With this speculative duplex we worked to give each side its own identity. The financially driven need for mirrored plans and city duplex regulations create several substantial barriers in achieving this goal. By pulling the main volumes as far apart as possible and alternating materials we are able to provide the inhabitants of each side a distinct experience.
