WHY CHOOSE PAVONETTI ARCHITECTURE?
(BESIDES GREAT DESIGN)
Communication, great service, and great design work are the cornerstones of our practice. What does this mean to our clients? This means clear project timelines and fee estimates before any work begins. This also means consistent discussions about project scheduling, design and construction budgeting throughout the process. Architecture and construction can be stressful and exciting at the same time, but we have found that if we help establish expectations along the way we can tip the ratio toward exciting and away from stressful.
We clearly have significant experience in architectural design, but one aspect that sets our team apart is our experience in other related fields. Our team has work experience in commercial and residential contracting as well as metal fabrication. Shane has also built several houses for himself. This gives our team a unique perspective as we bring the insight of a builder and owner to the table - not just the architect.
In the past 10 years we have pushed more than 100 projects through the permitting process. This experience equates to designs that are not only beautiful, clever and user friendly but also comply with the intricacies of zoning codes so we can avoid extensive last minute redesign to get through permitting.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
We recognize that our work necessarily requires the use of finite resources. We are currently working to develop partnerships that will allow us to offset a portion of our impact on these resources. By the end of 2022, our office will run carbon neutral through the purchase of offset opportunities through Cool Effect and all of our ground up bespoke design projects will be lumber offset through our donations to One Tree Planted.
