CASERA is our new design method that allows us to create a permit ready and beautifully designed home in one month.
How it works:
We start with our custom designed questionnaire or a client meeting to help organize information we will need to design your project.
About 10 business days after we receive the questionnaire or the initial design meeting we will schedule a schematic design meeting with you to review the first draft of design. This draft will include floor plans and exterior 3D renderings.
After the meeting we will update the design based on your comments and with your approval we will get started on the construction drawings.
About two weeks later we will send you a digital copy of the final construction drawings, material and fixture specs, and permit application.
