Pavonetti Architecture has recently developed a design program for builders, investors, and developers to help streamline the design process, making it fast, easy, and less expensive. The end result is curated architecture that benefits you and your client. Our award winning desing experience can help your project be a top listing in a saturated market. We offer a quick turn-around time and compettive pricing, saving you time and money. CASERA is our new design method that allows us to create a permit ready and beautifully designed home in one month.

How it works:

  1. We start with our custom designed questionnaire or a client meeting to help organize information we will need to design your project. 

  2. About 10 business days after we receive the questionnaire or the initial design meeting we will schedule a schematic design meeting with you to review the first draft of design.  This draft will include floor plans and exterior 3D renderings.

  3. After the meeting we will update the design based on your comments and with your approval we will get started on the construction drawings.

  4. About two weeks later we will send you a digital copy of the final construction drawings, material and fixture specs, and permit application.

Design fees

  • 0-1100 conditioned square feet

    • $3.50 / covered square foot

  • 1100+ conditioned square feet

    • $2.50 - $3.00 / covered square foot

what is included?

  • Site Plan, including exterior hardscape and basic landscape design.  

  • Floor plans

  • Elevations

  • Ceiling / lighting plans

  • Electrical plans

  • Roof plan

  • Interior elevations of kitchens and bathrooms

  • Basic exterior construction details

  • Specifications (see list below)

  • *All drawings are prepared to satisfy City of Austin permit requirements. We will provide minor edits to secure the building permit.

  • All specs. are delivered via our editable custom made spreadsheet.  

CASERA Projects provide a comprehensive architectural drawings set; however, do not include the following :

  • Utility upgrades / tap plans

  • As built drawings of existing conditions

  • Interior detail drawings

  • Construction Administration

  • Detailed cost analysis
