Shane Michael Pavonetti

Shane is a licensed architect in the State of Texas.  He has been working in the field of architecture and building for almost twenty years.  After undergraduate studies he worked as a project manager for a small commercial construction company.  Inspired by a love for construction and confirmed by a trip to Europe, Shane discovered architecture was his calling.  After completing the Masters of Architecture program at the University of Texas at Austin, he worked in architecture firms in Paris and Barcelona before moving to New York. After a year of working at Tsao & McKown Architects in New York he moved back to Austin and spent over a year on various commercial and residential projects at Miro Rivera Architects.  As a designer who has worked in several countries and on scales ranging from a greenhouse in Texas to a 30 story condo tower in Hong Kong, Shane brings a broad international perspective to a regional, almost vernacular design sensibility.

Matthew Thomas Baitz

Matthew earned his Masters of Architecture in 2014 and hit the ground running with Pavonetti Architecture.  His architecturally inspired travels in Thailand, Cyprus, London, and Amsterdam helped form Matthew's broad understanding of design and building.
